A Festive Evening to Remember: Our Christmas Gathering

On December 12th, the seven of us gathered for our Christmas celebration, fueled by festive tunes in the background and a heap of delicious seasonal treats. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, our snack table was overflowing with gingerbread, cookies, and more food than we could possibly manage. To keep us warm, we had plenty of mulled wine and hot Kinderpunsch to go around. A big thank you to the VDE HSG for providing us with the perfect space to host our party. Our agenda kicked off with a relaxed catch-up, a look back at everything we’ve achieved this year, and an excited chat about our outlook for 2026. However, the best-laid plans often take a turn for the better: instead of our scheduled mahjong session, we ended up spending the entire night in front of the projector. A spontaneous karaoke session, sparked by Zeno, turned our evening into a blur of music, off-key singing, and non-stop laughter. We wrapped up the night around 9:45 PM with a cozy walk together, letting the winter air provide a refreshing end to a wonderful evening. Looking back, I am genuinely grateful for this group. It is a fantastic team, and I feel very lucky that everyone is a part of it. The energy we share is what makes this club special, and honestly, I couldn't be more excited about what 2026 has in store for us. We have so much to look forward to, and I can’t wait to get back to the table—and perhaps a bit of singing—with you all soon.
